The brief
Moniepoint was expanding its agent network, and every new agent needed a terminal delivered, provisioned and onboarded. HQ product teams and field agents had to work from the same plan.

Directed the statewide agent-network expansion, managing logistics, provisioning and onboarding of 1,370+ POS terminals across 3 states.
